Justin Stone brings over a decade of experience advising some of the most innovative companies in digital health and telemedicine. As former General Counsel for MDLIVE, Thirty Madison , and Papa, Justin has led legal strategy for organizations shaping the future of healthcare delivery. At JZ Law, he focuses on structuring compliant MSO–PC models, guiding startups through complex regulatory frameworks, and supporting founders from early-stage formation to acquisition. His background combines deep legal expertise with hands-on business insight — helping clients scale responsibly while protecting long-term value. Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, where he began his career working on healthcare law and policy initiatives.

Ezekiel Mizraji is a healthcare attorney and compliance leader with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, digital health, and healthcare operations.
Before co-founding JZ Law, Ezekiel held key roles in law firms and health-tech organizations, advising clients on licensing, privacy, telemedicine, and corporate practice of medicine issues. His cross-functional background — spanning law, business, and compliance — enables him to deliver practical, actionable legal guidance to clients building or expanding healthcare ventures.
Ezekiel holds a Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Computer Science, and Accounting from the University of Miami.
